1 tenderloin steak
1 bottle Clarke Brothers Marinade
Servings: 1
1. Shake one bottle of Clarke Brothers Marinade.
2. Pour enough to cover both sides of steak.
3. Marinate for 1/2 hour in refrigerator.
4. Place steak on a very hot grill or broiler and baste with additional marinade.
5. Cook 4 to 5 minutes on each side for medium rare.
6. For added flavor, serve with additional marinade.
