Coffee Nog

A wonderful combination of two favorite beverages.

2 tbsp. instnt coffee granules
2 tbsp. boiling water
8 3/4 cups eggnog
1/3 cup brown sugar, packed
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 cup kahlua or tia maria liqueur, (optional)

Topping:
1 cup whipping cream (or 1 envelope topping)
1 tbsp. granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Nutmeg, sprinkle
Makes 10 cups
Stir coffee granules into boiling water in large bowl.
Add eggnog, brown sugar and cinnamon.
Beat to dissolve sugar.
Stir in kahlua.
Pour into punch bowl.

Topping:
Beat cream, sugar and vanilla until thick.
Spoon over top.
Sprinkle whippd cream with nutmeg.
