2/3 cup milk
1/2 cup vanilla ice cream
3 tbsp. butterscotch ice cream topping
2 tbsp. spiced rum (1oz)
Ice
Serves 2
Process first 4 ingredients in blender until smooth.
Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
Pour over ice in 2 small glasses.
Variation (without alcohol):
Omit spiced rum.
Use 1/2 tsp. rum flavoring.
