Continental Sour No 2

1 Egg White
1/2 Ice
1/3 oz. Red Wine
1.67 oz. Scotch
1 oz. Grenadine

Add one egg white.
Shake with ice and strain.
Add ice and fill up with Red Wine.
Stir gently.
Serve with a straw.
