Recipe Feeder
Made these today and they are quick, easy and yummy.
1 box cake mix (I used lemon)
1 egg
1 8 ounce cool whip
dish of powdered sugar (to roll cookies in)
Mix together everything except the powdered sugar (I used my mixer)
The batter will be stiff.
Drop by teaspoonful into dish of powdered sugar and roll into a ball. Drop on sheet.
I greased my cookie sheet. Makes around 40 nice size.
Bake at 350o for 12- 15 minutes.
