2 Tbsp butter
2 c potatoes - cooked, dice
1.5 c corned beef - chopped
0.5 c onion - chopped
2 Tbsp parsley - chopped
2 tsp worchestershire sauce
1/8 tsp pepper
2 Tbsp milk
=Melt butter, stir in potatoes, meat, onion, parsley, pepper and worchestershire.
Cook over med heat 8-10 mins till bottom brown. Stir in milk (opt), turning or flipping.
