1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup soft butter
2 cups flour

Combine cottage cheese and butter, beat until well mixed. Stir in flour to make a soft dough. Chill 30 minutes or longer. Divide dough into 4 equal parts. Roll eash out to a circle 1/8" thick. Mix 6 tbsp brown sugar, 1/2 cup dessicated coconut and 1/2 tsp. nutmeg. Melt 1/2 cup butter and brush circles. Sprinkle with sugar mixture. Cut into 16 pie-shaped wedges. Beginning a outer edge roll up each wedge tightly and place point side down on greased cookie sheet. Sprinkle tops of cookies with sugar. Bake at 375F until golden brown 15-20 minutes.
