Crawfish Cornbread

1 stick butter
1-2 bell peppers, chopped
1 onion, chopped
2 cans rotel
2 pkg cornbread mix
1lb crawfish tails
2 eggs
1 cup cheese
garlic powder
milk (this is where i missed something. dont know HOW MUCH milk! :confused:)

saute onion and bell pepper in butter, sprinkle with garlic powder and or other seasonings of your choice. add crawfish tails and continue to saute for 5 minutes. Mix cornbread, eggs, milk and rotel in large bowl and add crawfish mix. stir togetehr and pour in 13x9 greased pan. Bake 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. remove from oven, rub butter ontop and sprinkle with cheese. place back in oven to melt cheese
