Cream of Lentil Soup

1 pound Lentils, Dried
1 medium Onion, Chopped
1 Garlic Clove, Minced
1 medium Carrot, Peeled & Chopped
1 stick Celery, Chopped
3 cup Water
1 cup Cream
Seasoning, To Taste

Soak beans in 6 cups of water overnight; drain. Put beans, onion, garlic, carrot, celery and water into crockpot. Cover and cook on low setting for 8 to 10 hours. Stir in cream; add salt and pepper to taste.
