1/2 pound dates, cut up
1 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 tablespoon butter
3 cups Rice Krispies
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Cook dates, sugar, eggs, and butter slowly until thick. Add Rice
Krispies and vanilla extract. Mix well. Let cool until it can be
handled. Roll into small balls. Roll balls in chopped nuts or coconut.
