Delicious Baked Beans

2 c. small dried bean, covered with cold water (approx. 2 inches above the beans ) and soak overnight.

Boil until tender; do not drain.

Add: 1 c. ketchup
1/2 to 1 c. dark brown suger
2 Tbs. molasses
2 Tbs. bacon grease
1 lb. side pork, chopped
Pinch of salt

Bake covered for 6 hours at 275 degrees. Remove cover and bake for an hour longer. If beans become dry, add a little water.
