1/4 oz. Bacardi Black Rum
1.5 oz. Bacardi Gold Reserve
1 oz. Pineapple Juice
1 splash Grenadine
1/4 oz. Lime Juice
1/4 oz. Apricot Brandy
Blend at high speed, float brown rum , sprinkle a little nutmeg.
Rums used : Appleton White, Appleton gold, Appleton Brown/Dark
