Dijon Cheesesteak Sandwiches

1/2 lb Velveeta cheese; cubed
1/4 c Milk
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1/4 c Green onion; sliced
2 tbsp Margarine
1 lb Thin roast beef slices
6 French bread rolls (8"); split

Combine Velveeta cheese, milk and mustard in saucepan; stir over low heat until smooth. Saute onions in margarine. Add meat, mix lightly until thoroughly heated. Fill rolls with meat mixture - top with sauce.

Makes 6 sandwiches.
