1 can Cabbage -- finely chopped
1 whole -- finely chopped
FOR THE SAUCE:
3/4 cup Ketchup
1/2 cup Texas Pete Sauce
3 1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
3 tbs. Salt
4 tbs. Black Pepper
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
Dump the sauce ingredients into a blender and blend the piss outa it. Put the sauce and put on large finely chopped head of slaw and 1 red bell pepper 24 hours in advance. Ya got slaw. It's good to let it sit overnight, allows the flavors to meld.
