Grilled Italian Zucchini

1 zucchini
crushed fresh garlic
oregano
parmesan cheese

Wash zucchini and slice into 1/2 " slices. Leave skin on. Arrange on heavy-duty foil. Sprinkle with crushed fresh garlic (or garlic salt if in a hurry) sprinkle with oregano.

Wrap tight and grill for about 20-30 minutes depending on how high the grill is. Don't put it directly over the flames, but over to the side.

Before serving sprinking with pamrmesan cheese.
