I don't see exactly why the ingredients would interfere with conception..however I don't see it as overly healthy for you...which in turn would not be ideal for baby to be.....lol..which prob doesn't make sense! But seriously...how about just eating less...making healthier choices...and exercising? Have a plan for dieting...eat more fruits/veggies...popcorn, more water, stop eating after 7pm...stuff like that. Then exercise at least 4 times a week..these are all things you can keep up...(not dieting, just eating healthier) when you get pregnant.
