1.5 oz. Bourbon
1 oz. Kahlua
1 oz. heavy Cream
1/2 oz. Vodka
1/2 oz. Banana Liqueur
1 tsp. Pernod
1 Egg White
Add ingredients and 3 oz. cracked ice into blender. Blend at high
speed for 15 seconds. Pour straight into a chilled highball glass.
Garnish with a cherry and a pineapple slice.
