1/2 cup corn syrup
3 squares unsweetened chocolate
1 cup butter
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup Oregon hazelnuts

Cook sugar, milk, corn syrup and butter to 238ºF. Pour into mixing bowl; add vanilla; cool 15 minutes. Beat until thick. Stir in nuts and pour into buttered pan.
