½ cup/75g/3oz cream cheese
1 cup/250ml/8fl oz yoghurt or buttermilk
salt and freshly ground black pepper
finely chopped fresh herbs
makes 1 ½ cups/ 130 ml/ 12fl oz
Blend everything together well. Refrigerate until required. Use on salads or fish.
