Herb-Lemon Bread

Heat oven to 350F. Slice 2 loaves (1 lb. each) French bread into 1" slices. Mix 1 cup soft butter or margarine, 1 tbsp. plus 1 tsp. lemon juice and 2 tbsp. freshly minced herbs; spread generously on cut slices. Reassemble loaves; wrap each in heavy-duty aluminum foil. Heat 15 to 20 minutes.
