Potatoes
Preheat oven to 350F
medium sized potatoes
melted butter
grated cheese
Boil potatoes.
Peel potatoes.
Roll each potato in melted butter, then in cheese.
Place in well-greased, shallow baking dish & bake until light brown.
Delicious with ham or pork chops.
