Chef Administrator Staff member Feb 14, 2008 #1 1 1/2 cups light corn syrup 14 ounces coconut 12 ounces chocolate chips 3/4 canning wax bar 1. Boil syrup for 1 minute. Add coconut and stir. Let sit for 2 hours. 2. Wet hands and form into balls. Freeze. Then melt chocolate chips and wax together and dip coconut balls into mixture. Place on greased cookie sheet.
