How do I know what vitamins my body needs?

About my vitamin question, I really want to take vitamins, but I don't know what my body needs or doesn't. I am not the healthiest eater, but I would like to try something.
 
ur body needs ALOT of vitiams to keep healthy but don't ever take a vitiam and exchange it for the real thing. and if ur planning on taking a heap of vitiams ur probably better off talking to ur doc they can give u a blood test to see wat ur lacking in
 
u can try some multivitamin pills, one a day... no harm on that... if ur body needs will take it if not will waste it... u can buy that on any drugstore...
 
Vitamins that are always good for a women to take are a women's one a day, because it has extra things in it just for women, like iron, and you don't take anything in to high a dose that could be dangerous for your body. Also, you should take a calcium supplement, on preferably mixed with citrus, because it is never too early in life to worry about osteoporosis if you are a women.
