Toast the Irish with this traditional drink.

3 tbsp. Irish whiskey (1 1/2oz)
1/2 tsp. granulated sugar
3/4 cup hot strong prepared coffee (see Note)
2 tbsp. whipped cream (or frozen whipped topping, thawed)
Serves 1
Measure whiskey and sugar into small mug.
Add hot coffee.
Stir.
Makes about 1 cup.
Top with whipped cream.

Note:
For extra-strong flavor, use espresso.
