Recipe Feeder
1/2 oz. Cream Cheese
1/8 oz. Sour Cream
1 lb. Chorizo
1 carton Onion -- minced
1 clove Garlic -- minced

For the filling, try using a mixture of 1-8 oz packages of cream cheese, 2 oz sour cream , 1/2 lb. browned chorizo sausage, 1 small onion(minced and sautéed) and 1 clove garlic(minced and sautéed). This filling will tend to get soft when the bacon wrapped jalapenos are smoked.
