½ cup Butter
2/3 cup Sugar
2 teaspoon Lemon Zest
1 Egg
3 tablespoon Lemon Juice
1 tablespoon Water
1¾ cup Flour
¼ teaspoon Baking Soda
½ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Cream Of Tartar
½ cup Pecans, Finely Chopped

Heat oven to 350f. Grease baking sheets. Cream fist six ingredients together. Sift flour, baking soda, salt and cream of tartar together and add to creamed mixture along with nuts. Make 1inch balls and place 1inch apart on baking sheet.

Bake 10-15 minutes until cookies are light brown on bottom. Cool slightly and roll in powdered sugar.
