Mandarin-Pineapple Coleslaw

Makes 8 to 10 servings.

1 (16 ounce) bag tri-color coleslaw mix
1 (8 1/4 ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 cup poppy seed salad dressing
1/2 cup sour cream

In a large mixing bowl, combine coleslaw mix, mandarin oranges and pineapple.

In a small bowl, stir together poppy seed dressing and sour cream. Pour over coleslaw. Mix and toss.

Chill in refrigerator for at least one hour.
