Thick and creamy, maple-flavored dessert coffee. Serve with a spoon or straw.
1 1/2 cups cold strong prepared coffee (see Note)
1 cup maple (or vanilla) ice cream, softened
2 tbsp. maple (or maple-flavored) syrup
6 ice cubes
Serves 2
Process all 4 ingredients in blender until smooth.
Makes about 2 cups.
Pour into 2 chilled medium glasses.
Note:
For extra-strong flavor, use espresso.
