Mashed Potato Salad

6 large potatoes
6 eggs, boiled and diced
2 teaspoons mustard
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 cup diced sweet pickles
salt to taste
1/2 cup mayonnaise, or more

Peel and slice potatoes. Boil until done; drain excess water. Mash potatoes with masher. Mix all ingredients and potatoes together. You may serve cold or hot.
