Mincemeat Fruit Cake

Preheat oven to 300F.
Grease 9" angel food cake pan & line with foil.
2 1/2 cups pastry flour
1 tsp. baking soda
3 cups mincemeat
1 cup walnuts
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
15 oz. can Eagle Brand milk
2 cups glaced cherries

Combine flour, salt and baking soda in a bowl.
Combine eggs, mincemeat, milk, fruit and nuts in separate bowl.
Fold in dry ingredients.
Pour in pan and bake 2 hours.
Turn upside down and cool.
