Ingredients
4 ounces Dry, small elbow macaroni
3 Sweet Italian sausages, cooked and sliced (about 1-1/2 cups)
1-1/2 cups Chopped tomato
1 cup Diced bell pepper
1 cup Canned kidney or garbanzo beans, rinsed & drained
1 cup Sliced fresh mushrooms
1/2 cup Diced red onion
1/4 cup Minced Italian parsley
1 tablespoon Minced fresh basil (optional)
1 cup Hidden Valley® Organic Ranch
1/3 cup Shredded Parmesan or Romano cheese
Preparation
Prep Time: 40 min.
Cook macaroni according to package directions, drain, rinse, and cool.
Prepare other ingredients and toss all together. For best results, chill before serving.
