Most Amazing Mango and Pecan Pie

This has changed my mind on mangos forever!

3 deep dish 9" pie crusts (I but mine~ I could shingle a roof w/my own crusts)

~Filling
4 lg mangos sliced off the bone
3 1lb cream cheese
1 orange zest
1c sugar
2t vanilla
4 eggs

~prepare crusts as directed
~toss filling into food processor and whiz away
~pour into cooled shells and bake 375* about20-25 min.

~ cool and top with whipped cream and toasted pecans
