Recipe Feeder
10 large mushrooms
1/2 cup minced green onions
1-2 cloves minced garlic
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
Parmesan cheese sauce (see below)

Preheat oven to 375 F
-Fry bacon in small frying pan, remove from pan, crumble, set aside
-Remove mushroom stems, chop and fry them, garlic and minced green onions in bacon fat or wipe pan clean and use 1 tbsp margarine, oil or butter until tender
-Place mushroom caps upside down on a 13x9" baking dish and sprinkle on the fried stems/gr. onions, and crumbled bacon bits
-Then sprinkle on the bread crumbs evenly over top
-Pour cheese sauce (see below) evenly over top of everything
-Lastly, sprinkle with 1/4 cup parmesan cheese

Bake, (uncovered) at 375 for 30-40 minutes

Parmesan Cheese Sauce:
-Melt 3 tbsp butter in a saucepan, add 1 + 1/2 tbsp flour to make a thick paste
- Gradually add 1 cup milk (keep stirring to avoid lumps), cooking on low until thickened
-add salt and pepper to taste and 3/4 cup parmesan cheese and stir until melted
