Mustard Dressing with Garlic

2 fluid ounces white wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic, mashed
2 tablespoons dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
12 fluid ounces olive oil
Servings: 16
Combine everything except the olive oil in a bowl. Beat in the oil, by droplets at first, then in a thin stream.


Yield: 1 pint
