1/2 green cabbage, shredded 1/2
2 medium carrots, grated 2
2 green onions, sliced 2
Marinade
1 tsp salt 5 g
1/4 cup white vinegar 60 mL
3 tbsp vegetable oil 45 mL
1 1/2 tbsp sugar 20 g
1 tsp garlic powder 5 g
1/8 tsp black pepper 0.5 g

Combine marinade ingredients in sauce pan. Bring to a boil and pour over cabbage and carrot. Toss well. Let sit for 4 hours. Add onions before serving.
