1 pound Beef Steak, Sliced Diagonally
1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
1 tablespoon Sherry, Dry
1 pinch Sugar
Black Pepper, Freshly Ground
2 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
3 tablespoon Peanut Oil
½ teaspoon Sesame Oil
2 Green Onions, Cut Chinese Style
½ Lettuce, Shredded
1 2/3 tablespoon Chicken Stock

Marinate the beef in the soy sauce, wine, sugar, black pepper, and oyster sauce for 15 mins. Heat a wok and add half the peanut oil. Stir fry the meat quickly on high heat,3 mins. Remove from the pan to a serving bowl.

Heat the wok again and add remaining oil. Add the sesame oil and green onions, and stir fry a moment. Add the lettuce and return the meat to the wok. Add the chicken stock and cook for a moment while a sauce forms.
