8 ounce Butter
2 teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
2 teaspoon Tabasco
5 tablespoon Lemon Juice
4 Oysters, Raw, Drained
4 Tomatoes, Cherry
4 small Bacon, Pieces
4 Mushrooms

In a skillet fry strips of thick bacon until almost crisp. Remove bacon and reserve bacon drippings.

Place bacon with remaining ingredients in dish and cover with sauces. Place in 375f oven and cook until oysters curl and are hot throughout , 15 mins. Remove dish from oven and spoon sauce and ingredients over toasted french bread. Garnish with chopped spinach.
