Ingredients:

3 potatoes
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Some salt to taste
3 tablespoons mayonnaise sauce
1 tablespoon ketchup
½ teaspoon Tabasco sauce

Few ingredients and nothing complicated.
We will start washing and peeling the potatoes. Once this is done, we will cut the potatoes in little pieces.
Now we will heat the olive oil in a frying pan. When it is hot enough, we will fry the potatoes. I like stirring the potatoes from time to time. The moment you see that the potatoes are starting to be done, remove them from the heat. You can put them on some towel paper to get rid of some oil. We only have to serve our Patatas Bravas. Serve them with some mayonnaise sauce, some ketchup and some drops of Tabasco sauce. Mix everything and enjoy.
