2 Tbsp minced shallot
2 Tbsp minced ginger
1 Tbsp sesame oil

0.25 tsp red pepper flakes
1 c chicken stock
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
0.5 Tbsp sherry
1 Tbsp sugar

3/4 cup peanut butter - chunky

=Saute garlic, shallot, and ginger in sesame oil three to four minutes. Add next six ingredients and bring to a boil. Stir in peanut butter and heat through.
