Pike with Tomato and Truffle Butter

6.5 oz walleye pike
tomato - sliced very thin
black pepper
truffle butter
white wine
vin blanc sauce

=Slice pike thin into three pieces. Lay one piece pike down, lay a layer of sliced tomato (~3 slices), repeat. Sprinkle with s&p, top with butter and bake till done. Gently melt truffle butter in white wine, pour over fish. Circle with sauce vin blanc.
