32 Oz. Pineapple Chunks
2 Tbsp. Powdered Sugar
16 Oz. Brandy
1 Bottle Champagne

Have all ingredients well-chilled. Place diced pineapple with its
juice in a large glass punch bowl, sprinkle with sugar and add
brandy. Let stand in refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours. When ready to
serve, add ice ring and pour Champagne over mixture.
