Recipe Feeder
1 boneless chicken breast, cut in half
Water
2 t. salt
1 T. extra virgin olive oil

Step 1: Put the cut chicken breast in a pan and fill up with
enough water to just cover the chicken.

Step 2: Add the other ingredients to the water (you can also
add other seasonings or herbs, I like to add pineapple
sage ginger sometimes)

Step 3: Bring the water to a boil on high heat with a tight
fitting lid on.

Step 4: Remove pan from heat and let sit without opening lid for
10-15 minutes. check to see if the temp is at 170 or if
there is no pink in the middle. if its not done put it
back in the water with the lid on and let sit for
another 5-10 minutes.
