1 pound Pork, Spareribs
2 Potatoes, Cubed
½ cup Onion, Sliced
1 tablespoon Sherry
3 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
½ teaspoon Sugar
2 teaspoon Oil
Lightly brown cut up spareribs in hot skillet. Add oil, potatoes, onion and sherry and cook 5 to 10 minutes or until potatoes and onion are lightly browned. Mix in oyster sauce, soy sauce and sugar and simmer 20 to 30 minutes.
