Recipe Feeder
Ingredients:
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup mustard (yellow, salad style)
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon granulated garlic
1 tablespoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
1 tablespoon salt
Preparation:
1. Approximately 24 hours before cooking time, rub 2 racks of ribs with Barbecue RibRub. Seal them in a plastic bag and refrigerate them.
2. Mix all of the above ingredients together and simmer them for a few minutes to blend the flavors.
3. Place the ribs, bone side up on a baking sheet or flat roaster. Baste them with the sauce and put them into a 250 degree oven.Cover with Foil to slow browning. After three hours, remove foil if they are not brown enough. Baste them every thirty minutes until done. After one hour, turn them so the meat side is up! They will take 3-4 hours to cook and when done will be pleasantly browned and tender. Cut into 2 or 3 rib sections and enjoy. They may be grilled over charcoal, be sure to have a nice low fire!
Note: Spice amounts are a guideline. Increase and/or decrease to alter flavor of ribs.
