1 cup plus 2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons dry milk powder
1/2 cup instant potato flakes or buds
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon rosemary, crushed
1 teaspoon salt
3 cups bread flour
1 1/2 teaspoons Fleischmann's® Bread Machine Yeast
Servings: 12
1. Measure all ingredients into bread machine pan in the order suggested by the manufacturer.
2. Process in dough/manual cycle. When cycle is complete, remove dough to lightly floured surface. If necessary, knead in enough flour to make dough easy to handle.
3. Divide dough into 12 equal pieces. Divide each again into 3 equal pieces; roll into balls. Place 3 balls in each of 12 greased 2 1/2-inch muffin pan cups. Cover; let rise in warm, draft-free place until doubled in size, about 20 to 40 minutes.
4. Bake at 400ºF for 15 to 20 minutes or until done. Remove from pan and cool on wire rack.
