2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
1/4 pound prosciutto

Scoop out melon into balls. Sprinkle with lime juice. Allow to stand for 10-30 minutes. Cut prosciutto into strips. Wrap melon balls with strips. Fasten with a toothpick. Serve slightly chilled.
