Ravigote Sauce

1 egg yolk
1 egg - cooked and chopped
1 tsp dijon
1/3 c vinegar tarragon
1 tsp onion hachee
1 tsp eschalotte hachee
1/2 tsp capre hachee
1/2 tsp cornichon hachee

1 c oil - vegetable

1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 g tabasco
1 tsp parsley hachee

=Mix together 1., emulsify in oil, add rest.
