Recipe Feeder
"This recipe yields enough for 6 servings, but it can easily be doubled or quadrupled."

1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 Granny Smith apple, diced (small)
1 Gala or Fuji apple, diced (small)
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/3 cup chopped pecans (candied)
1/4 cup minced celery

Combine sour cream mayonnaise, sugar, and lemon juice in a medium bowl and whisk until sugar has dissolved.

Add remaining ingredients and stir. Store the salad in a sealed container in your refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours before serving.

Makes 1 quart (6 servings).
