1 tsp. Sugar
2 oz. Sherry
1 cup Ale
2 Egg Yolk
1 Lemon Peel
2 oz. Gin
dash Cinnamon Stick
dash Nutmeg
Several Cloves
Beat egg yolks in a bowl with sugar.
In a saucepan, bring ale, gin, sherry, cinnamon, cloves, and lemon
peel to the boiling point (but do not boil), then pour in egg
mixture, stirring briskly with a whisk.
Serve in a warmed mug and top with grated nutmeg.
