1/2 oz. Bacardi Light Rum
1 oz. Pineapple Juice
1 tsp Lime Juice
1 tsp Amaretto
1 tsp Strawberry Liqueur
add all ingredients together, add 1 fresh strawberry and 3 fresh
mint leaves.
Blend all items for 15 seconds.
fill glass with half cubed ice and half crushed ice.
Pour into glass with strainer.
Garnish with lime wheel, whole fresh strawberry and sprig of
fresh mint.
